Large open outdoor area with kitchen. Its located in a quiet pocket of the park with lake views. We have recently installed a new flyover and split system.

Selling my onsite annual van & annexe with closed in front kitchen / dining area – sleeps 7 in beds and room for up to 3 more on lounge or mattresses. The van part is all sleeping area and has been separated into 2 sections – 1 area has a double bed and the other has a double bottom / single top bunk bed. The annexe is the living area with a large (verycomfy ) lounge that has a double sofa bed with innerspring mattress & matching storage ottoman. TV and tv unit ( the aerial is not connected , we just use it for DVDs ) , heater , aircon and pantry area. The front section has been closed in with a fully stocked kitchen,fridge , breakfast bar & stools and plastic sealed front windows. This also has a TV with built in DVD player (again not connected to aerial ) , ceiling fan & high velocity fan. There is also a storage area up the side. No bathroom but I do have a porta potty there (only used for #1’s overnight and washed and disinfected after every visit ). There are 2 amenities blocks and both are very close. Roller blinds / Venetians on the front and side facing windows & security door. There are a LOT of accessories which I’m happy to leave if wanted. These include 2 x kayaks, 2 x bodyboards, blow up boat , life vests , goggles , toys , clothes racks , tools , outdoor gas heater , gas pizza oven , camp trolley , tables , chairs , umbrella , rugs , lights ……. Just so much stuff, more than you ‘ll need :-/ I will only remove personal items unless otherwise asked / negotiated. This is a great family friendly park on the lake with boat ramp,kiosk , salt water pool , kids playground , games room , laundry rooms x 2 and lovely grounds. You can boat / ski / jet ski / swim / fish / relax to your hearts content.

Sleeps 6, fridge, T.V. Microwave, crockery, furnishings, heat pump, outdoor furniture, Weber bbq, tool shed and box. Close to toilet block. A very good camping ground with clean facilities and lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. Fees paid until February 2025.
